About {ME}

Hello friends!
My name's Brianna, but mostly everyone (besides my work fam) calls me 'Bri', so feel free to as well!

Just me!

I love the freedom that words give you - and the power that blogging lets you have a voice, even if no one is listening or reading.  I love to be motivational and track my life through my blog.  There are no rules, no guidelines, no requirements.  Just the ramblings and thoughts of a small-town girl doing her best to survive in today's modern society - and every bump there may be along the way!

I've been a blogger for years, but I'm new to the more [in depth] blogging world. I'm 25 and am new to 'the real world', as in being on my own and working a full-time job with benefits, and being married - with all of the financial struggles that go with it!

I struggle at many things and I know that I am nowhere near perfect but am perfect in God's eyes.  I am striving to better my relationship with Him and to educate anyone and everyone that will listen to my testimony and learn to live life with God before all things.  I've been shown His grace and mercy time and time again, and it's nothing short of amazing!

I graduated college with only an Associates Degree, and I'm okay with that!  It's gotten me to where I want to be - working as a Paralegal!  It's definitely a different world, but I'm loving every minute of it.  I work for the beautiful state of Texas for the Attorney General; how'd I get so lucky?  Another one of God's blessings bestowed upon my messy life.

I am married to the absolute perfect man for me, and his name is Colten!  Yes, he's 'redneck' and grew up in a tiny, tiny town in the middle of nowhere - but I did, too!  I'm definitely a country girl living in the city, but I'm not a hick.  The country is peaceful and glorious, and I miss it like crazy.  But, back to my husband - he is my #1 supporter and always brightens a dark day.  He pays attention to me and always has me in mind, which is only one of the beautiful qualities about him.  He makes me a better person, and for that, I'm eternally grateful.  We're working on our faith together, which has been an incredible journey thus far.

With my amazing husband!

I have an amazing family that supports me through thick and thin, as you will or have already learned through my blog posts - they are a recurring theme!  They've never doubted me and have been a shoulder to lean on many, many times in my life.  Words cannot express how thankful I am to have such an incredible family!

My family on my wedding day!

And as with everything in my life, I'm always open to comments, suggestions, and new friends!  Please feel free to share your thoughts and to comment away!  Or if you'd rather get to know each other in another way, please email me at:

Thanks for stopping by!  And I hope you stay a while =D.
